Distribute all payments to vendors
Assure all personal items are returned to the designated person
Assist you and your family with any matters that may arise
Assist with menu selection and catering negotiations 
Budget development and tracking
Setup and attend (if desired) vendor meetings
Review all vendor contracts and coordinate details with vendor
Locate vendors in your budget range & style preference
Negotiate group room blocks for you and guests
Orchestrate wedding rehearsal and organization of wedding party
Arrive early and oversee all vendor deliveries
Determine the style and formality for your wedding
Distribute flowers to wedding party
Arrange your rehearsal dinner (if desired)
Additional Consultation can be added and will be billed at $25.00 per hour
$175 for 1 additional wedding assistant for guest counts 150 plus with max 9 hours **
